Yep...we're a whole bunch of sparks and splashes!!! I know exactly what you mean...I love it when this stuff comes together where you can start to see the interconnection of the physical-mental-emotional-chemical-energetic- yadda-yadda...WAY COOL!

I use Coenzyme Minerals by Enzymes International...it's the one we carry at the wellness center. I've never seen it in a health food store...but there are many...sometimes they're described as colloidal minerals or just liquid minerals...you need the 'big guys'...calcium, magnesium, etc....as well as the trace minerals. I'll warn you though...they can taste ghastly!...bitter and metallic-tasting! A lot of companies add things to make them more palatable. Mine are the 'hard' stuff and I drink 'em neat...ICK!
