I appreciate all the helpful information.
Perhaps this has been answered already...I'm just stepping into the middle of this thread, but Dr. Bruce Semon M.D., is one of those who insists that one should avoid fermented foods when dealing with candida...and he specically includes vinegars, and everything made with them (ketchup, mustards, salad dressings...)
Is he just plain wrong, or are some fermented (which he says means 'yeasty') okay...?
