Hi Blackfoot. Well, I'm glad that the Water Cure sounds like a good idea to you. I hope that you just take the bull by the horns and jump into it. As for the 'professional'...I know...they cost money. I would suggest a Jungian psychologist, personally. Sounds like you might have to clear out some past difficulties and an understanding Jungian psychologist could help to transform the darkness and confusion you're feeling into a healthy you and healthy mind. Are you feeling like life is a bit of a battle right now? Do you dream at all? Keep us posted Blackfoot...a Water Cure that runs into a master cleanse might just help you to clear your mind and find your whole, secure Self...I hope so! Let us know.
