Hi Newbie, the green balls are mostly likely gallstones. They are pre-calcified, in otherwise just solidified bile/cholesterol which will later turn into the hard stones. It sounds like your gallbladder and liver are totally congested with old bile that is forming into stones. The stringy green substance sounds like toxic bile. Fresh bile is a pale yellow gel with no odour, old or toxic bile is dark green and smells. If you had any protein or fat, your gallbladder would have contracted and squeezed out a few stones and some bile, which is why you passed them during your bowel cleansing.
