My main goal is to cleanse. I started getting the colonics to do so as well as get moving, so that is why I got the Super Colon Cleanse from the colonics lady. As for h20 intake, I have ALWAYS drank a gallon every day. So now my ultimate goal is to cleanse and I don't believe I will resort to the castor oil packs as of yet. I want to see how well the shakes work for me.
