The PTH normal value is 10-66 pg/ml
If the value is >66, that indicates hyperparathyroid.
if it happens to be <10, that's a different set of possibilities.
Elevated phosphorus is another indication.
A 24 hour urine calcium level would be another test to run -with the increased serum calcium levels, there's a higher potential for kidney stones. Stay hydrated.
