Hi Blackfoot...have you read about the Water Cure on these pages? I think you may need to clear your mind. You say that you feel better if your digestive tract is empty...so why not jump right into a Water Cure that moves into a Lemonade Fast? Sounds to me that you may need to talk to a professional about this mind stuff. Are you in your 20's?

What do you think? Some fasting is in order? I have a feeling it would be very easy for you to do...
