I have been using the whole husk psyllium - but only 1 tsp - with 1 Tblsp of bentonite. I have not eliminated any mucoid plaque yet - this is my 12th day. And I have not eliminated any thing since Sunday.

I am going to stop taking the B&P Shakes until my system gets going again. I believe I read this suggestion on an earlier post by PTree.

If I am wrong in my approach - please let me know!!! Any other suggestion would be appreciated too.
