Same here with the constipation on the B&P shakes. I'm going to try your way and see if I can unplug. Am really miserable. As suggested, I've been drinking upwards to 3 quarts of water a day (more than half my weight in ounces) and nada except going #1 more often. I expect when my bowels let go, it will be like a volcano erupting. I hope it happens soon! Thanks for sharing. I thought I was the only one who wasn't succeeding on B&P shakes.
