Does anyone know if a person on Antabuse can still consume Sugar alcohols, such as Sorbitol and Xylitol. My doctor has been no help with this question.

These are common Sugar substitutes, not drugs. They're often found in sugar-free gum.

Would a person on Antabuse be able to tolerate Sorbitol and Xylitol?
