I've similiar problem. I'm 29 now and never been pregnant or used BCPs but still developed pigmentation. Like you, I always had very clear skin until 4 years ago (also started on my nose and spread very slowly).
I've come across two people who have had succesful clearing (One has with grapefruit see extract and another one used this protocol mentioned in the acneyoda book).
I thought Liver Flushes will help a lot so was thinking of doing that but after reading your post, feel a little bit discouraged. you have done so many. I'm very impressed.
Can I ask you few questions?
1. Have you taken any supplements to balance hormones, like EFAs etc?
2. Do you have regular bowel movements?
3. Do you take any supplements regularly?
4. How much lightening and clearing have you had with the protocol you followed?
5. Do you think Liver Cleanses will help me?
6. I know that I've to do a thorough Colon Cleanse first but am not able to find something that'll suit me..do you have any recommendation?
8. Do you think you might have candida? have you foloowed a candida diet or cleanse?
9. Do you take any probiotics, digestive bitters etc.?
I know these are lost of questions but you can reply in few words..I'll really appreciate your response!
