The patches aren't that big, around the size of your thumb tip. They are kind of expensive too, around 5-6 pounds here in the UK, i think you get 15 patches in a pack. My lips are pretty big so it'd take anywhere between 2 and 5 packs to cover my entire lip for a week.

Those with thinner lips should try it out.
