If you're already very constipated do not attempt the psyllium and Bentonite Colon Cleanse until the impaction is removed and you are going more regularly. The Master Cleanse is a great cleanse... but not a substitute for a thorough colon cleanse. It will not remove a significant quantity of mucoid plaque.
