In 2004, how can this happen?? How can something like this even exist? I agree, this is not only genocide but it is bad Science at it's worst. These are human beings - children for God's sake, not Guinea Pigs!!!

I am just curious LCD, what are the next steps? What can the public and other organization do about this travesty? Have they been reported to other governing bodies? If you have any of this information, please share it. Thank you.
