No sure I was on this for 2 weeks and I do drink LOTS of water. I seem to be constipated this past week an I stopped the cleanse on saturday.
I will restart it this week but I do not understand why I am not really having Bm's. I tried a couple days to go to 2 shakes a day but it seemed to make my stomach feel bloated.
My Bm's are small and hard pebbles.
