Hello - started with Sonny #7 & #9 (Psyllium & Bentonite) over the weekend. I was wondering when I might expect to see some results as far as bowel movements? I've been having real little ones - nothing spectacular yet. Will it be runny or just softer? My diet has been consiting of fresh salads, vegitables, fruit and some nuts (not a lot) and lots of filtered water with lemon. Question - are nuts NOT recommended to eat during this process?
