I've been on a candida diet for about a month and my fordyce spots are clearing up. The peeling is still there but the fordyce spots around it are clearing. It seems you're on a Candida diet as well. In addition to Sugar and bread, you should cut out fruits, alcohol and all junk food. Take some oil of oregano too.
