In the six years that I worked for the coroners dept, I saw one case of systemic candida, this was in a woman who had died of a stomach ulcer that perforated the stomach wall while she was hundreds of km from any first aid care, and she died from exsanguination. There was candida present in large numbers in the stomach and bowel, the vagina, mouth, ear canal, and vitrious fluid of the eyeball. I did not test for the presence of candida in the blood. I have never seen another case like this. This woman continually used MOM and other antacids for appox 3 years, so her body had become pretty alkaline in the areas it should have been acidic.

I have never seen a case of chronic acidosis, in fact I don't see how acidosis could possibly become what I would consider chronic, you would die first.

I fail to see how someone can 'feel' acidic. If your lymph system or blood became acidic you would not be feeling anything.
