End of day 5 for me. Today went really well was on top the world most of the day. I feel bad for telling you guys this. Sorry I can't help it I'm an avid faster. This isn't my first 30 day water fast. In fact I have done 5 one 16 day one and several 3-7 day fast. I usually have energy until about day 10 then I slow down a bit. That walk out to the mail box takes some motivation. I find the best thing for the slow downs is a mental high like talking to a pretty girl, playing blackjack (beware of casino buffets), buying a new car or something(I bought my jeep on water fast)talking to a friend or even reading the bible. As for oral enema's and salt water flushes and stuff. I have never tried them. I have tried senna tea but that was nowhere near as refreshing as a colonic. Anyways I wish you guys luck I can't say the cravings will go away they never do with me. I always sit and write down a list of the first good meals I want when the fast ends. Anyways I'm going to take a shower and do some homework. I wish you both luck talk to you tomarrow.
