That would be too hard on the kidneys especially if you where in a state of ketoses. You would have no energy. Without water your body wouldn't be able to convert glucose into energy. watch survivorman or man VS wild on TV and see what they go through without water. I'm not a big fan of headachs and I've heard that they are the first signs of dehidration
