Started taking Pau d'Arco yesterday, and wow, it is quite ok. Gives me a little nausea but then it goes away.

I was wondering if it needs to be rotated, because frankly up to now, it is the only antifungal that is ok with me. I also use now a little garlic to.

Investigating Pau d'Arco, it seems to have many good properties - immune stimulant, antifungal, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory and also restores spleen functions (a big player in candida according to Chinese medicine).

So please let me know your experiences with it.
