Those other products you mentioned are made by the same company as Seredyn.

I haven't tried those so can't comment.

If you suffer Depression too, you can use them together.

On that anxiety forum i mentioned, most of the people were on strong pharmaceutical drugs, some on a real cocktail of drugs.

I think in hindsight it was run by big pharma co's, as although they had a forum for natural remedies it was mainly supporting people taking drugs.

The ones of us who discussed natual approaches, i think were being monitored and brought down at the earliest opportunity or maybe i was being paranoid, i don't know lol

I think anyone on very strong drugs may not feel the benefit of Seredyn. And if you came off the drugs you would have side affects/withdrawal to contend with too.

I was not on anything, so i felt the affect whereas some people didn't, which wasn't surprising really.
