For me Severe side effects occured on the third day at one drop daily. It took me a long time to work up to six drops daily. I have been on six drops daily since about March of 2008. I see no reason to go any higher at this time. I have seen slow steady improvement over the nearly two years taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

In March 2008 I passed what appeared to be a large Ascaris. This occurred at 3 drops daily. I have reason to believe that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement rids the body of helminthic and other parasites.

I should note that I weight about 100kg or 220lbs. You may wish to take this into consideration.
