I start out with something I feel is controversial but true, for instance the alkalizing scam (the guy who made me think it was a scam is called anthony robbins, Lmao). I look up all the sources I can pointing out this myth. Hv was one of them. Since he had that credibility established it was worth it to read more into him. As I did that more and more credibility followed. Eventually I realized the guy was one of the best garbage-seperators in the medical field I have found so far. And he is the only one on a forum giving free information not selling a book. At least not yet (:
