OK maybe a little off the wall here..but as a mother of 2 little girls and after battling a lifetime of allergies and more recently GB issues..
All this meat you are eating? I am basically paleo myself so I eat a lot of meat, and fat(Not too many fans here) Is this meat free range/grass fed/wild/organic? If you are sensitive to gluten and the meat you LIVE on is grain fed, this could lead to problems...lets not even mention the chemicals involved in domestic meat..
Do you have the energy for a short fast? A real fast or water only, seeing you cant tolerate veg or fruit (5 yrs, might be time to give fruit a shot again) NO SUPPLEMENTS! Then one by one add something back to your diet and see what bothers you..I can fast intermittently with no problems..but I generally eat a lot, and my energy/immune system seems strong enough to take a break from food now and again..this is useful for clearing toxins/allergens and identifying triggers. I am also a firm believer that the body doesn't really heal itself until it is freed from the chores of digestion
IF you happen upon the discovery that the problem is NOT food per se, but anxiety/and/or/depression, than you need to have a naturalpath look at the drugs you may need and offer suggestions there.
It is your life and your right to live it to the fullest extent! You need to be healthy for you and your child, I wish you the best and I wish I could help..I think Liver Flushing is very beneficial but I am wondering if your system is up to it. It would be interesting to note your general health otherwise..are you a healthy wieght? over/under..etc. Good Luck and DONT GIVE UP!!
