Sometimes sodium helps too, Sea Salt !


I just noticed that I was using Tom's FLUORIDE toothpaste instead of the non-fluoride. Holy cow. I wonder if that contributed to my detoxiness. (Is that a word?) :)

UGH thought it was fluroride-free.
