my nasal passages were very clear this time - I did the whole thing, snorted to my toes. I get a left occiputal headache often and that's wear it's pounding. Makes me think that's where the buggies really are. I am on fire - but it's subsiding quickly! I'm alright - I'm alright! lol

EDIT II

The hardened lymph node (size of a marble) on the left side of my neck has been hard since a high fever when I was 10. It subsided after Iodine therapy last year but is back. It's talking to me -

I think this is clearing action all the way down to my collar bone!
