I have these three spoons (set) that say pinch, smidgen & dash - with two chefs in the house and google - they've ascertained that our spoons are wrong.

I did just short of a 1/16th of a teaspoon. Will be getting a better measuring spoon tomorrow. Here we go! I'm doin the other spot!
