Hi everyone.

I have a couple of questions for the forum.

I am currently doing a Water Fast (day 4), and my current BP is 123/73 with HR=69 age=35, I noticed that my systolic is somehow normal but the distolic is way way low! is this normal?

Also, I am a former smoker, can a Water Fast or a set of them, can potentially repair the lung tissue?
