You need to consult with an endocrinologist - the slight elevation of calcium is a prime indication of parathyroid involvement.

I had a similar set of symptoms as you, and the calcium was just barely out-of-range. My internist caught the anomaly, and along with the endo they ran the parathyroid tests, that turned out very conclusive and leading to getting the disfunctioning tissue removed. My calcium levels have returned to normal and the other symptoms have resolved.

Please get an endocrinologist to evaluate your situation and get tested ASAP.
