Thank you, Angelbaby 26. I am going to keep on, for my body wants a full return to health. And I see it as my responsibility to assure that now. It's a loving thing to do for one's self! Your words, as well as those of others' here are what support is about, sharing our common goal of good health in a balanced manner within the framework of a caring spirit, encouraging one another toward that shared, positive goal.
