I love your videos! Vlogging is a cool idea. I am thinking about doing that for my next fast in January. What do your friends and family think of your fasting?

I woke up with some ketosis symptoms this morning. Coated tongue, minor temporary headache, etc. Don't really feel hungry anymore just "empty" feeling. Physically I feel tired but my mind is getting very clear and I feel very peaceful.

Happy fasting. I will post again tomorrow if my day isn't too hectic! :)
