Hi Patrick - You probably have a variety of overlapping conditions which can't be detected with standard medical tests. A naturopathic doctor can give you different tests which detect more subtle imbalances that medical doctors usually miss. Dr. Ralph Golan explains this quite well in his book "Optimal Wellness."

You probably have adrenal fatigue, and a saliva test can confirm this. It can also tell you how severe your case is. I can give you a lot of information on this condition and how to recover from it, if you're interested.
