How do you get a good night's sleep? I have type 2 and 2 weeks ago my a1c was 8.3.

Now that my a1c are in the 90's or 70's I feel sick: dizzy, nauseous, weak,lightheaded, like having a fever that won't go away. Taking Ambien for sleep.

How can I get sleep?!
