Hello Willow
I get to walk barefoot at least 2 hours each day when I walk my dogs. (If no one is looking ha!), I will also find a nice spot, face the sun (if it's out) and practise a little yoga, qigong or Tai chi. I rarely get any aches and pains ... but if I do have some, it doesn't take long for my body to feel supple as a snake shortly after doing some stretches in bare feet.
I love walking barefeet through cold streams ... it's an indescribable joy.
Barefoot walking on fresh morning dew is bliss. I love finding the cold spots under the trees, I can feel the dew being sucked up through the soles of my feet and move up my legs ... then there is a sudden gush of warmth that flows up to my head. It's extremely healing. (My old head of nutrition told me that morning dew has a lot of minerals in it and that early in the morning, the feet will absorb them if we find the cold spots ... I have no science to verify this, but it feels true.)
The tingle is when the meridians/energy channels in the body become unblocked ... and the energy flows like a symphony, spreading through to every cell in the body. (I have a set of very beautiful meridian tuning forks, and it offers a similar experience, so I know the feeling of this.)
Because I work from home mainly, I get to walk out into the garden every few hours or so and sit barefoot on a wooden bench, with my feet touching the roots of my willow tree. It's so soothing, a meditation.
So, seeing your name here on Curezone is a always a lovely reminder to go out and get a little more tingle :-) and of course, the posts you write are always joyful to read too.
I appreciate your presence here on Curezone Willow!
Love
