Hi you two,

Thanks for the reply! Will look into urinalysis & corn silk tea. My main concern is my candida & dark marks under my eyes! I had a hair mineral analysis recently which shows I'm extremly deficient in minerals. Hence my reasons for keeping the kidneys running at their optimum! Anyother suggestions would be welcome.
