The baths are good, I just think it takes longer to pull out the heavy metals that way. The Bentonite can work over a much longer period of time,possibly 24hrs or more, as it passes through the digestive tract so you get more bang for your buck. Also it is a lot of work and a messy job to clean up these mud baths.

PS After I did a salt water flush a couple of weeks ago I felt much clearer mentally and physically. My vision also seemed a bit sharper.
