"Its nice to have someone like on internet who can actually guide us, well i need your help. I am 23yr old female, with veg diet, I generally do not eat junk food, , , My problem is I have spot some 4-5 white hair today, I am really stressed over this, how can it happen at this age, we do not have family history of grey hair? Can you please suggest me some good grey hair treatment, also let me know what diet I shall eat to get rid of this grey hair problem permanently.
