Just happened to click on this old forum bookmark, I expected to see a load of "I feel awful, I caved in" messages, but it's really refreshing to see a success story, so I am prompted to say congratulations. Glad you found something that worked for you.

I see you are into good nutrition, I am sure that's the key to your success. Here's a link to a site that I find 100% reliable http://www.vegsource.com.
I won't go on any more about that as this is a fasting forum, and like you I don't need to fast anymore, because I don't get sick or overweight.
