How effective are the Bentonite clay baths to remove toxins and heavy metals? Also which brand is most affordable?

Any experiences in relieving

fatigue
weakness
acne
host of other problems.

Any experiences, also how do you know what is actally being removed is the black sludge for sure metals or toxins?

Any recommendations for what clay to get? Cost is an issue but just would like any feedback from those that went this route.

Also best way to clean up tub so dont get clogged pipes cause we are renting a house.
