well my cycle is winding down and i cant tell you how much better i feel, i am sure changing my diet and eatting habbits as well as hitting the gym have helped but i have energy again I hope this continues

now my next battle is with getting the few lbs i put on in the past year off

just got my order of GTF chromium, pycogenol, gymnema sylvestre, coconut oil and kelp in (need to check dosages) but hoping this helps attack that fat! and gets those lbs to melt away hoping to be back to my weight by christmas (a present to myself)
