Well for the people alive, "Modern" medicine recommends for sebborheic dermatitis an anti fungal pill like diflucan to be take (she has s.dermatitis). For acne, accutane can be taken, but accutane is also effective for Seborrhea as I've read. If you don't want accutane (really not good, really horrible drug that was originally used for cancer patients, messed with your cells in the body and can leave with permanent side effects). You can try to pop the puss out (specially the puss) or you can visit the Acne bootcamp on Youtube. Works for a lotta people and cheaper then $7,000 (nowhere near that, I think it was like $120?....).
For scarring, dermarolling pretty much works and there is a way of doing it on a website.

All this is modern and just a band aid for a symptom.

I'm going to try fasting!
