I hope you are feeling better soon. Like RG said, it will pass ... all things do.

I know that sometimes it may not seem so, but it is true, sure as the sun rises again every morning.

Try your best to not attach to thoughts and feelings. Just let them be, let your self "Be." Whatever is, is quite fine, very fine.
