For some reason when I TRY and make Kombucha with green instead of black tea it ALWAYS goes bad.I have made sure that I get just green tea not anything with anything added like flavorings or fruit bits ect.And it still gets moldy.
Do I need to add vinegar to the batch before starting it to keep the "bad mold" out?
