Most people do not have kidney stones. Usually there are symptoms of pain or bleeding if there are significantly sized kidney stones.

b. How do I now when my kidneys are functioning at their absolute best??

Urinalysis tests administered by a doctor.

c. Does blood pressure have something to do with your kidney function (or lack-off)?

Yes... high blood pressure is hard on the kidneys.
