Thanks John - I've done it as you have directed for the last 2 days - one thing I've noticed is nausea about 15 minutes after I take it. That stays with me until I eat something about 1 hour later.

I forgot to ask one thing in my original post - is it OK to do the salt protocol when the nausea occurs - taking 1/4 teaspoon with warm water?

I love Magnascent - I could bathe in it! :)
