I used to not like being dependant on enemas - at times I would do them twice a day - to help with die off. BUT.... But at first it is important to help the toxins out FAST so they dont cause leaky gut and bowel inflammation.

If Oxypowder does it for you... keep at it. I used to HATE being dependant on enema and I hardly use them now. As soons as the gunk of candida threads get out and probiotics take over, constipation is no longer an issue.
