This is by no means "sad." You are craving healthy food, from what I see in that statement. Granted, fresh veggies are far better, but you could be craving a big salty steak burrito like I was at first lol.

This is my first cleanse, and I've begun to change my perspective on food as well. To me it is like a reset button, and have rearranged my priorites concerning nutrition and satiety. I hope you find yourself in that place as well.
