Rinna- Once you change the few things the others have posted then start to visualize yourself completing the cleanse.Visualize yourself as the picture of health. Keep positive,stay focused and try to remember this is such a short time span in comaprison to the rest of your life. Keep in mind what a rewarding journey this is both physically and mentally. Be true to your self and you will always survive. YOU ARE STRONG!!!!
