yes he says to take the IF#1 with dinner so you can eat and he does recommend a vegan diet for people not that bad, all raw diet with lots of organic produce for sick and juice fasting if very ill.

Dr Christopher (schulze's teacher) said that diarrhea is the worst form of constipation as only the liquid can break through so keep on it a while. It has cleared even people needing colostomies.

the only time one does not need formula #1 is if they has IBS or colitis.
